What products does Kinderbrook Home offer?
We currently offer porcelain vases with matching candles in two designs: The Millbrook and The Manhattan. We also sell our signature scented candles separately and candle accessory sets.

What type of wax are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% plant-based wax (soy & coconut), feature a cotton wick, and are cruelty-free and phthalate-free.

How long do your candles burn?
Our candles have a burn time of approximately 50 hours.

What is your return policy?
Returns
At this time, we only accept returns on apparel within 14 days of delivery. Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. All other items — including candles, baskets, and accessories — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately at info@kinderbrookhome.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues with your order.
Exchanges
We do not facilitate exchanges. For damaged items, please reach out to our customer service team at info@kinderbrookhome.com, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Where do you ship?
We now offer international shipping. We try our best to ship all packages within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow us additional processing time for orders placed during and after sales, as well as during launch periods.

How should I care for my candle?
- Burn at least 3 hours for first use
- Afterwards, burn no more than 3 hours at a time
- Let candle cool after each use
- Trim wick prior to each lighting
- Place on a stable, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface, at least one (1) foot away from anything that burns
- Do not attempt to move or reposition candle while lit
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Candle vessel is hot when lit; do not touch until cool
- Immediately discontinue burning candle when ½ inch of wax remains
- Never leave a burning candle unattended and always burn within sight
NOT INTENDED FOR INTERNAL USE. DO NOT INGEST. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER ANY DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE CANDLE. IF INGESTION OR CONTACT DOES OCCUR, SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE IMMEDIATELY.
