What products does Kinderbrook Home offer?
We currently offer porcelain vases with matching candles in two designs: The Millbrook and The Manhattan. We also sell our signature scented candles separately and candle accessory sets.

What type of wax are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% plant-based wax (soy & coconut), feature a cotton wick, and are cruelty-free and phthalate-free.

How long do your candles burn?
Our candles have a burn time of approximately 50 hours.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns at this time. However, if you receive a broken item, please get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to assist you. Contact us at info@kinderbrookhome.com to report any issues with your order.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

How should I care for my candle?
- Burn at least 3 hours for first use
- Afterwards, burn no more than 3 hours at a time
- Let candle cool after each use
- Trim wick prior to each lighting
- Place on a stable, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface, at least one (1) foot away from anything that burns
- Do not attempt to move or reposition candle while lit
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Candle vessel is hot when lit; do not touch until cool
- Immediately discontinue burning candle when ½ inch of wax remains
- Never leave a burning candle unattended and always burn within sight
NOT INTENDED FOR INTERNAL USE. DO NOT INGEST. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER ANY DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE CANDLE. IF INGESTION OR CONTACT DOES OCCUR, SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE IMMEDIATELY.
